This website is maintained for the Hawaii Working Group for the Presidential Invasive Species Advisory Committee (HWGPISAC).
The federal Invasive Species Advisory Council (ISAC) is composed of 25 people selected nationwide and its mission is to advise the Invasive Species Council, as authorized by Presidential Executive Order 13112, on a broad array of issues related to preventing the introduction of invasive species and controlling their economic, ecological, and human health impacts. Documents received from the ISAC will be posted on this website for the information of the interested public in Hawaii and for appropriate action or feedback from interested individuals.
More information will be added to this site as it becomes available.
